Passengers may cancel or reschedule their tickets depending on how early the request is made before the scheduled departure time. If the request is made more than 24 hours before departure, passengers may cancel or reschedule their ticket. However, a R100 administrative fee will apply to cancellations. If the request is made between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure, tickets may only be rescheduled, and refunds will not be available during this period. If the request is made less than 2 hours before departure, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted. Additionally, once the bus has departed, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed. Passengers are encouraged to review their travel plans in advance and make any necessary changes early to avoid penalties or disruptions to their travel arrangements.
